At all levels of basketball, a team that has a couple of kids who can dribble is in great shape. Those are the kids who can get places on the court, who get the most shots, and who drive the action and make their teammates better. Our program, is designed as "Homework" for each athlete. We get it, life is crazy and people are busy. Our workouts should take no longer than 35 minutes. We believe if an athlete is focused, dedicated and driven. In that short time frame, we can be precise and get a lot of development out of a player, while making the workout fun.
