This program is designed for those players aspiring to play basketball at the highest level possible during this unprecedented time. Come join us for this 8-Week virtual program as we put you through an intense ball handling and movement workout designed to challenge you mentally and physically. Our Virtual Training program is designed to improve all aspects of your game from ball handing and game like movements. This program will expand on our previous Zoom workouts.

Elite Session 1:6th Grade to High School
Intermediate Session 2:3rd Grade to 5th Grade

Times: Elite Session:3:30 to 4:00 PM (Max 12 Players)
Intermediate Session: 4:15 to 4:45 PM (Max 12 players)
