Join us for a fun, high-energy camp that combines baseball-specific strength training, agility work, and injury prevention to help your child build skills while having a blast! Clinic Highlights:
Who: Baseball players ages 3rd to 6th Grade
Where: TP Strength Mount Kisco, NY
When: Sunday Mornings 11:30 AM to - 12:30 PM (dates listed below).
Capacity: Limited to 20 players for individualized attention and small-group training.
Format: 4 training stations focusing on:
Agility and Speed: Footwork drills, ladder exercises, and cone work to build quickness and improve fielding and base running.
Strength and Power: Medicine ball throws, box jumps, and bodyweight exercises to increase explosiveness for hitting and throwing.
Rotational Core Training: Core-strengthening drills that develop rotational power for more powerful swings and stronger throws.
Arm Care and Mobility: Resistance band exercises and stretches designed to protect your player's arm and keep them healthy all season.
