Mike Tomassi
Founder | Coach | Athletic Director
Michael Tomassi is the founder of Out Hustle Athletics LLC, a youth sports organization rooted in development, mentorship, and opportunity. With a background as a Physical Education & Health teacher and current Athletic Director, Coach Tomassi brings over a decade of leadership, coaching, and education experience to the programs he designs and leads. Coach Tomassi's passion lies in creating meaningful athletic experiences that go beyond the game. He has built Out Hustle Athletics to serve young athletes and their families by offering well-structured clinics, skill development programs, seasonal camps, and competitive opportunities across multiple sports.
In addition to running Out Hustle, Coach Tomassi is deeply embedded in the Bedford Central School District community, where he coaches, teaches, and leads. He is committed to giving back, working with local alumni, student-athletes, and fellow educators to make a lasting impact on the next generation. As a father of three children, Coach Tomassi is active and engaged in providing the best possible experience for all youth athletes.

Coach Rylan Borror
Coach Borror has over 10 years of High School basketball coaching experience. Coach Borror played at Fox Lane High School during his playing days. Coach Borror has coached at all levels from Freshmen, JV and Varsity. He is currently the Assistant Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach at Fox Lane High School. He spent several years as the Head Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach at Dover High School. Coach Borror is also a PE and Health Teacher at Putnam- Northern Westchester BOCES. Out Hustle Athletics is extremely excited to have Coach Borror be apart of the program.
Coach Nicky Bonura
Coach Bonura is a recent graduate of SUNY Cortland, where he finished a stellar four year playing career. Coach Bonura has several years of training and coaching experience, and he brings a wealth of knowledge to Out Hustle Athletics. Coach Nicky is currently the JV Head Coach and Assistant Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach at Fox Lane High School. He is also an Special Education Teacher at Brewster High School. Coach is also a certified Physical Education Teacher with a Masters Degree from Manhattanville. Coach Nicky played his high school basketball at Fox Lane High School. Out Hustle Athletics is extremely excited to have Coach Borror be a part of the program.
Coach Darryl Davis
Coach Davis brings over a decade of coaching and training experience to Out Hustle Athletics. A proud graduate of Fox Lane High School, he played basketball at the high school level before continuing his involvement in the game through coaching. He has contributed to several respected programs, including Northeast Elite, MVP Camp and Future Foxes Sports Camp, and has been a valued part of Out Hustle Athletics for many years. Most recently, Coach Davis served as the Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Fox Lane High School. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Coach Davis is an employee of the Bedford Central School District, further strengthening his connection to the local community. His passion for teaching the game and commitment to player development make him an integral member of the Out Hustle Athletics team.
