Summer Youth Teams

Program Outline:
Boy's Teams: 6th Grade, 5th Grade, 4th Grade
*We are open to working with families to create additional teams*

Practice Location: Mount Kisco Recreational Gym

Tryouts: Wednesday, June 18th from 5:30-6:30 PM

Insurance: Out Hustle Athletics LLC is fully insured to protect our athletes and coaches.

Season Duration: End of June to Beginning of August

Practices: Practice and skill development is important for continued development. Every team practices once a week. Practice location will be located at Mt. Kisco Recreational or the Harvey School. All practices will be 60 minutes in duration.

League: Hardscrabble Club (Tentative): 6 games plus playoffs

Out Hustle Athletics is not responsible for any travel-related costs associated with any tournament or league. Out Hustle Athletics LLC has no affiliation with any High School basketball programs in Westchester County, NY. This is an independent company and by playing for or within the organization does not guarantee you a roster spot on any High School team in which your child attends or plays for.

I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have, or which hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in basketball practices and/or basketball competitions in all its forms. I fully understand that basketball is a contact sport, it is a physical sport, players of all skill levels may be injured practicing or playing the sport, as a parent/guardian I understand the risk and consent to letting my child play basketball for Out Hustle Athletics LLC, I also have insurance and agree to hold coaches and organization (Out Hustle Athletics LLC) and any facility we practice in harmless in case of any injury. The release is intended to discharge in advance, the AAU team (Out Hustle Athletics LLC, its coaches, owners or volunteers and facility from any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in said activity. It is understood that the activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I assume those risks, and I agree to indemnify and to hold the Out Hustle Athletics LLC, all persons and entities associated with the Out Hustle Athletics free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, in which they may incur as a result of my death, injury or property of damage that I may sustain while participating in the above activity. I also give the AAU team Out Hustle Athletics LLC, it’s coaches or volunteers) the right to copyright and/or publish, reproduce, or otherwise use my child’s name, voice, and likeness and/or photographs, and audiovisual recordings that include my child for instruction, advertising, program website, publications or brochures, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever. Parental Consent: (to be completed and signed by parent/guardian if applicant is under 18 years of age). I hereby consent that my child, may participate in the above activity, and hereby execute the above agreement, release and waiver on his behalf. I state that my child is physically able to participate in said activity. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the persons and entities mentioned above free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, which may arise or may be incurred as a result of death, injury, or property damage that said minor may sustain while participating in said activity. I have carefully read this agreement, waiver and release and fully understand its content.
